Lasco International warrants to its immediate customers that its armored products ("the product") will be free of armoring defects in material and workmanship for a period of (2) two-years after the date of manufacture. If any Product sold hereunder is found to be otherwise than as warranted, Lasco International will, at its sole option, supply a new product, or repair the product to an acceptable state which is found to be otherwise than as warranted, provided that the product has not been subject to mishandling or abuse.

Lasco International makes no other express or implied representation or warranty of any kind regarding the product, whether as to the merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or use, or any other matter.

In the event that the product fails to conform to Lasco International warranty described above, Lasco International will, at its option, furnish the purchaser with another product; FOB nearest Lasco International shipping point. Lasco International will bear no other expense, of any kind, and purchaser's exclusive remedy, in lieu of all incidental, special or consequential damages, including negligence, is limited to the furnishing of another product is heretofore described.
