Armoring Specification:
1)
Transparent
Armor:
Windshield, rear doors and side glass will be
removed and replaced with bullet-resistant
transparent armor multi-layer glass and
polycarbonate inner layer to prevent spalling
upon ballistic impact.
All curved glass/PVB/polycarbonate
laminate 6.2 kgs./sq.ft.(13.7 lbs./sq.ft.) -
Thickness is 39 mm. Replaces all OEM glass.
WINDSHIELD WILL BE TINTED MEDIUM GLASS ON ALL
SIDES AND REAR WILL BE DARK TINTED, ALSO INCLUDE
FRONT DOOR GLASS (DRIVER AND PASSENGER)..
The front driver door window will be operable.

Body:
Doors, side panels, kick-panels, and headers
(laterals) will be armored with Armormax®PAC500,
composite armor ballistic material or ballistic
steel in accordance with defined standard of
defeat. Elitus® overlap system used throughout.

Pillar
Posts:
A”, “B”, “C” and “D” pillars
5/16” ballistic steel.
4)
Firewall:
Front bulkhead - 5/16” ballistic steel.

Roof:
Armored with Armormax® ballistic composite
material in accordance with Level III
protection. Roof - Armormax®PAC 300 aramid
composite armor. Sunroofs if on vehicle are
rendered inoperable

Floor:
Floor areas will be armored with multi-ply rigid
ballistic fragmentation material combined with
Armormax® PAC100 molded to form fit contours of
floorboards and panels. Protection single German
DM51 or US M-67.
