Overview of Armoring and Protection:

This is a 1981 Mercedes Benz UNIMOG 435 U1700L Special Forces Armored Vehicle with only 6,100 miles. This is the ultimate in Police equipment, used by Virginia's Fairfax Country Riot Squad. The cab has armor-plated doors and bulletproof glass, as well as an armored front covering (see pictures). The rear body section is also armored and is set up for dealing with riots. Its seats face outward toward small bulletproof windows and gun slots (see pictures). In addition to its impressive armoring, this truck has a powerful turbo diesel engine, 8-speed transmission, 4-wheel drive, 44" tires, Ramsey winch, 6500 kw Onan Diesel generator, and a massive remote controlled water cannon.
